With a BA in Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia, one of the nation’s top programs, Erin combines academic excellence with over 15 years of professional experience in live theatre, organizational leadership, and creative direction. Her career journey includes serving as National Conference Director for The Impact Movement (via CRU), Creative Director at Blueprint Church (ATL), and Director of Operations at Downtown Church (Memphis, TN). These experiences laid the foundation for the unique creative strategies she brings to every stage and project.

Erin has been on more than 500 professional stages, guiding entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations to craft unforgettable communication. She has helped clients secure substantial funding and supported non-profits and high-level entrepreneurs in generating over $10 million in the last two years alone. Beyond the stage, she has written and directed over 20 curated short plays, spoken word experiences, and a three-part docuseries, alongside developing and training the next generation of onstage communicators.

Through Heartbeat Communications, formerly Art with a Heartbeat, Erin has successfully orchestrated more than 100 creative projects, infusing content with both strategy and soul. Her work, whether on stage, behind the scenes, or through her podcast, Owning the Room—empowers others with the wisdom, creativity, and confidence to transform environments, refine their message, and truly own every room they enter.

Outside of her professional life, Erin cherishes time with her husband, daughter, family, and friends. To know Erin is to know that she is deeply passionate about seeing people—and their greatest hopes—come to life.
